RECALL NOTICE - 23SS AIR TW

To all end users,

Recall and replacement of MAGNET HOLDER (23SS AIR TW series)

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all for your continued support of our products.
This is regarding our product, the 23SS AIR TW series that was launched since May 2023. We have discovered that the MAGNET HOLDER (part that controls magnetic brake) located at the side plate does not meet our strength standards.

To address this issue, we would like to issue a recall for FREE replacement of the MAGNET HOLDER. Please send the affected products to the authorized dealer, together with Singapore Daiwa warranty card for further action.

We apologize for the inconveniences caused and seek your understanding.
